Protection and Processing of Personal Data</div><div><br></div><div>1. All personal data provided is processed by the administrator in accordance with the requirements of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of individuals concerning the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, hereinafter referred to as GDPR, as well as other requirements specified in Romanian law.</div><div>2. The administrator applies the technical measures required by current regulations on the protection of personal data to prevent unauthorized access and modification of electronically transmitted personal data.</div><div>3. Providing personal data by the user is voluntary but necessary to establish contact with the user to present a commercial offer and the conditions for the user to receive a free gift, as well as to potentially schedule a visit by a sales representative to an agreed location and fulfill legal obligations imposed on the administrator by applicable regulations.</div><div>4. The personal data provided for processing belongs to the category of ordinary personal data and includes: name, place of residence or habitual residence, email address, and phone number.</div><div>5. The provided personal data is processed for the purpose of contacting the user to present a commercial offer and the conditions for the user to receive a free gift, as well as for the potential scheduling of the location, date, and manner of presenting a commercial offer.</div><div>6. The provided personal data is processed by the administrator based on Art. 6(1)(b) and Art. 6(1)(f) of the GDPR – the processing of personal data is necessary for taking action at the request of the person concerned, before concluding an agreement and for purposes arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the administrator. The legitimate interest of the administrator is to provide services before making a phone connection with the user, including browsing websites, as well as making a phone connection with the user at the provided phone number to present a commercial offer and the conditions for the user to receive a free gift, as well as potentially scheduling a visit to the location.</div><div>7. The administrator, based on the additional and optional consent given by the user, has the right to send marketing information to the email address or phone number provided. The aforementioned consent can be withdrawn at any time by the user. In the case of expressing such consent, the legal basis for the processing of personal data will also be Art. 10 of the Law of July 18, 2002, on the provision of services by electronic means, as well as Art. 172 of the Law of July 16, 2004 - Telecommunications Law.</div><div>8. Personal data will be processed from the moment of their transmission through the form and during the initiation of a phone connection to the provided phone number, including during the agreed visit of a sales representative and during the fulfillment of a possible contract concluded with the user and after its completion, for a period necessary to demonstrate the correctness of the administrator's obligations towards the user. This period corresponds to the prescription period for claims or the expiration of other rights on this basis. Personal data processed in the context of marketing activities will be processed for the duration of these activities by the administrator or until the user objects to the continued processing of personal data for marketing purposes or withdraws consent to receive marketing information at the email address or phone number.</div><div>9. Personal data may be transferred to third countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area. Data may be transferred, for example, to entities in the Google group. Transfer to other entities will only take place if they provide adequate security measures and provided that the legal rights of the data are effectively protected.</div><div>10. Personal data may be processed automatically (including by profiling), but in this case, it will not cause any legal effects or significantly affect the user's situation in a similar way. Profiling of personal data by the administrator consists of processing data (also automatically) to assess certain information about the user, including analyses, statistics, or forecasts of interests and personal preferences, as well as in connection with the administrator's marketing activities, sending advertisements, and commercial offers.</div><div>11. The user has the following rights regarding the processing of personal data:</div><div>a. The user has the right to access their personal data (Art. 15 of the GDPR) and can verify or correct them (Art. 16 of the GDPR), as well as request their deletion, by submitting an appropriate request to the administrator (Art. 17 of the GDPR).</div><div>b. The user has the right to restrict processing (Art. 18 of the GDPR) and the right to the portability of personal data (Art. 20 of the GDPR). If personal data is processed unlawfully, the user has the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority - the President of the Office for the Protection of Personal Data.</div><div>c.
